absolutely charming place, but it was way too hot with air conditioning that didn’t work. supposed to be available but surprisingly turned off? also, the check-in experience was a nightmare, we showed up at the proper time and just stood there waiting. i thought i would give this place a good review, but i just couldn’t.

This place was a great find! It’s right in the heart of Madrid, surrounded by culture and just a short walk from museums and eateries. We enjoyed the spacious room with plenty of natural light, and our pets were comfortably accommodated too.

In my wife’s opinion, a small play area for kids would be awesome.
